I know December is a busy month for everyone, but I am trying to get a meeting together. When is a good time for everyone? Also, we have been meeting in Marlbourgh; is there a better location?
I wish that the meeting took place somewhere accessible via the T-- I live in JP and don't drive, and have yet to make it to a meeting!! There are lots of restaurants in and around the city that aren't too pricey-- maybe a Vinny T's or something along those lines?
If we are going to continue meeting in Marlborough (which is perfect for me) I would like it if the meeting could be before December 14. That's my only real preference, I can make myself free most any time, any night of the week.

I have a piano shop in Newton.
It can fit 25-30 people.

I think if we do meet around Boston, then a T stop is essential. Anyone know a good place?

To be honest, I cannot make it to a meeting in Boston. It is just too far away and difficult for me to get to during school.
As for the date, anytime before the 14th is best for me as well.
